Is this a real store?

No. It’s a live demonstration of the MAXXCommerce ecommerce platform. The products are sample items and no orders are actually fulfilled or shipped.

Will I be charged if I check out?

No. Checkout runs in sandbox mode. You can walk through the entire process — including entering test payment details — and no real card is charged and no money changes hands.

Can I really add to cart and complete a checkout?

Yes. That’s the whole point. Add items, adjust quantities, estimate shipping, apply the mini-cart, and complete the multi-step checkout exactly as a real customer would.

How do I see the admin back office?

Visit the See the Admin page. It explains what the back office does and links you straight to the admin login where you can explore orders, products, customers and settings.

Do I need an account to try the store?

No account is needed to browse or check out as a guest. If you’d like to experience the returning-customer flow — order history and saved details — you can create a demo account.

Does the demo ship worldwide?

The shipping calculator is configured for USPS domestic and worldwide international delivery, so you can see live shipping estimates during checkout. Since this is a demo, nothing is physically shipped.
